We only process personal data where necessary to operate this website and handle your requests. This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and loads no external fonts or maps. All fonts are served from our own server.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website runs on a server in Germany enter hosting provider. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is done to ensure secure and stable operation on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless needed to investigate a security incident.

4. Content delivery network (Cloudflare)

To deliver and protect the website we use Cloudflare, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Connection data (including IP address) is routed through Cloudflare servers. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and fast delivery. If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, location, optional phone number, message and job details) to answer your request and, where applicable, prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for general enquiries. To make sure no request is lost, we also keep a copy on our server in an area that is not publicly accessible. We delete the data once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

We process application documents to carry out the recruitment process (§ 26 BDSG, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and delete them no later than six months after the process ends, unless you have agreed to longer storage.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Please contact [email protected].
