Your tree, your responsibility
As a property owner, you are responsible for making sure your trees pose no danger – to passers-by, neighbours and vehicles. In Germany this is called the duty to maintain safety (Verkehrssicherungspflicht).
A visual inspection by professionals shows whether action is needed. And if something does happen, you can prove you met your obligations.
- Visual inspection with photo record
- A clear recommendation: leave, prune or remove
- Optional reminder for the next inspection
