Frequently asked questions

Can a storm-damaged tree be removed during the protected season?

Yes. If a tree poses an immediate danger, hazard-prevention work is allowed between March and September too. We document the situation with photos so you are covered with the authorities.

Will my insurance pay for the work?

It depends on your policy. Damage to buildings from falling trees is often covered by building insurance; removing the tree itself is not always included. Our documentation helps with the claim.

Why is there no phone number?

Requests via form or email reach us with the address and photos. That lets us assess the situation immediately, send the right crew and bring the right equipment.
