Send us a short description and, if possible, photos via the contact form. We arrange a site visit and then send you a written quote.

We deliberately work by email and form. That way address, description and photos reach us complete, and we can assess and schedule your request – emergencies included – right away.

We usually reply to requests within one working day. Emergency requests are handled first.

Yes. Site visit, quote, invoice and all communication are available in English or German.

In Munich, trees with a girth of 80 cm or more at 1 m height are usually protected and need a permit from the city. Surrounding towns may have their own bylaws. Read more.

Removals and heavy cutbacks are allowed from 1 October to the end of February. From 1 March to 30 September only gentle maintenance pruning is permitted – unless there is immediate danger.

The owner submits the application. We support you with photos, measurements, a professional assessment and guidance on what to include.

Cuttings are chipped and recycled. We take trunk wood away or leave it with you as firewood on request.

Yes. We grind stumps below ground level or extract them completely if, for example, foundations will follow.

Then your neighbour is the client. We are happy to coordinate with both sides if access through your property is needed.

We lay boards and protective mats and use rope techniques instead of heavy machinery wherever possible. Large removals are not always entirely traceless – we discuss this openly beforehand.

Keep your distance and call 112 if anyone is at risk. Then report the damage via the form with urgency “Emergency” or email [email protected] with the subject EMERGENCY.

For emergencies, yes. Regular work is scheduled Monday to Friday.
